This Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Grignolino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old sapling vines in volcanic sandy terraced soils. Organic farming. Vinification: maceration of 21 days and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 10 months in steel tanks and 2 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
