Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a hilly sandy soil at 500 metres above sea level. Organic farming. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks.
