Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on medium-textured soils with a tendency to clay. Vinification: manual harvesting, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged a few months in steel vats and 2 months in the bottle.
