Crafted from Grillo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are 20 years old, rootend on a sandy mountainous soil. Vinification: cryo-maceration on the skin in anaerobic environment, soft pressing in the absence of oxygen, spontaneous fermentation at low temperature.
