Crafted from Barbera 60%, Croatina (Bonarda) 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clay and limestone soils at 200 meters of altitude. Vinification: maceration on the skins for 12-15 days. The wine is aged 6 months in oak barrique of new and second pass and 10 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the region's deep-rooted culinary wine traditions.
