Hailing from Veneto, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Almeno 15 vitigni, di cui 4 bianchi (Garganega, Trebbiano toscano, Sauvignon Blanc e Chardonnay) e 11 rossi (Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syraz, Teroldego, Croatina, Oseleta, Sangiovese e Marzemino), this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from all the vineyards of Zymé in the province of Verona. Vinification: in steel and cement tanks with indigenous yeasts for 20-25 days. The wine is aged at least 36 months in oak barrels, then at least 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
