This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Lagrein 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from the Berger Gei vineyard in Gries on sand, gravel and porphyry soil at Bolzano at an altitude of 250 meters. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in oak vats. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels of different capacities. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
