Crafted from Lagrein 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards rubatsch vines in Terlano and Seehof vines near Caldaro lake, with south-east exposition and sandy and clay soil. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wood vats and contact with the skins of 2 weeks. The wine is aged 16 months on the lees in barriques, new for the 20%. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
