The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines cultivated according to the guyot system in a hilly soil at 200 m above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration for 20 days and second fermentation according to the Charmat Method. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks.
