'Le Petit' Manincor

Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 8.5% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from White grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400 metres above seal level on morenic soil and with south exposure. Late harvest. Vinification: destemming, slow pressing of the dried grapes and spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
