This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its modest 10% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 90%, Riesling 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards sul versante sud-orientale della catena montuosa del Roen a 400-500 m slm, su terreno ghiaioso, calcareo e argilloso, con vendemmia effettuata tra novembre e dicembre. Vinification: selection of the grapes, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 25 days at 25-28 °C and maceration on the skins for 15-20 days. The wine is aged in acciaio e barrique. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
