This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Moscato Giallo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards hilly vines with southern exposure between 350-450 meters above sea level with calcareous-clayey soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
