The fruit is sourced from vineyards centenary vineyards cultivated at 900 metres of altitude on the volcanic fields of Etna. Vinification: maceration of 60 days on the skins and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in fiberglass. The wine is aged 18 months in neutral epoxy tanks from 1200 liters to 2500 liters. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
