Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards centenary vineyards cultivated at 900 metres of altitude on the volcanic fields of Etna. Vinification: maceration of 60 days on the skins and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in fiberglass. The wine is aged 18 months in neutral epoxy tanks from 1200 liters to 2500 liters. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
