The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 240 m. above sea level, on red soils of medium texture, calcareous and siliceous. Vinification: fermentation at 30° in concrete tanks without using selected yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in steel and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
