This distinctive wine from Sardinia embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Malvasia 50%, Nasco 50%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on marly soils with a good limestone portion. Vinification: withering, partly in the plant and partly in the racks, light pressing of the grapes and cold maceration. The wine is aged at least 5 months in amphorae. A wine showing the sun-baked intensity typical of Sardinian vineyards.
Sardinia's Mediterranean climate and ancient indigenous grapes create wines with a unique island character.
