A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards naturally positioned amphitheatrically, on steep terraces with particularly high planting densities. Soils consisting of Eocene marl called "ponca". Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel with the lies. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
