The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Montecchio Emilia on medium-textured soils with a good presence of gravel. Vinification: 30% overripe grapes, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and maceration on the skins for 5 days. No filtrations.
