This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Malvasia Istriana 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from vines grown with bilateral Guyot method on hilly terrain composed of marls of ecocenic origin. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature for 10-12 days. The wine is aged 9 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
