Crafted from Müller Thurgau 70%, Traminer Aromatico 30% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot system, on the slopes of Vulture, on volcanic soil. Vinification: cold maceration for 24 houes with controlled fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 2 months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine reflecting the volcanic soils of Mount Vulture.
