From the three area of Masseto vines (Centrale, Junior and Alto), on blue clay soil, at 120 metres of altitude, with mild climate with sea breezes

Vinification

Selection of the grapes, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 25 days at 25-28 °C and maceration on the skins for 15-20 days

Aging

24 months in barrique, after 12 months the various zones are assembled and after another 12 months in the same barrique
