Merlot 'Il Doccio' I Fabbri

Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards terraces at 580 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged 18 months French oak barrels used three times. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
