The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Terlano, at an altitude of 250-300 m. above sea level, facing South-West. Vinification: slow fermentation at controlled temperature and delicate handling of the must in stainless steel tanks, subsequent malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels and partly in barriques parts. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
