This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 25 years on Flysch soils from Collio district, with marl and sandstone. Grown organically. Late harvest. Yield for hectare of 50 quintals. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled oak vats. The wine is aged 24 months in French oak barrels.
