The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a small vineyard of "three rows" located in the center of the vineyards of Pinot Noir at 1000 meters above sea level on the north-west of Etna. Vinification: fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts with maceration on the skins. The wine is aged some months in steel on the lees.
