This distinctive wine from Tuscany embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Merlot 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines in Mercurey, between 230 and 320 metres above sea level on clayey and calcareous soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 20 months in barriques.
