Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Chardonnay, Petit Manseng e Incrocio Manzoni, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on marls and sandstones of Eocene origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about two or three weeks. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in steel tanks, barriques and tonneaux. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
