'Mon Blanc' Les Cretes

Produced in Valle d'Aosta, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Mixed white grapes , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years old vines on morenic and sandy soils at 500-700 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats for 12 days at 18-20°. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
