Crafted from Monica 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on calcareous and marly soils. Vinification: maceration for 10-12 days. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique, then another 6 months in bottle.
