This exceptional Montecucco DOC showcases the authentic character of Tuscany. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 80%, Ciliegiolo 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300 metres above sea level on soils rich in iron, clay and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel vats with control temperature. The wine is aged 18 months in oak barrels and barrique then 12 months in bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
