This Montecucco DOC captures the distinctive personality of Tuscany terroir. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Vermentino 85%, Grechetto 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300 metres above sea level on soils rich in iron, clay and limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in 40 hectolitre oak barrels. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
