The fruit is sourced from vineyards planted in 2001 and 2002 on sandstone and limestone soils at 400 meters above sea level. Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature with maceration of 18-21 days. The wine is aged 30 months in large casks and tonneaux.
