This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Moscato Rosa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 450/500 meters on soils of glacial origin rich in minerals. Vinification: late harvest in November with natural concentration, further withering until January and alcoholic fermentation with maceration of 15 days of peels. The wine is aged 8 months in oak barrels. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
