This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Moscato Rosa 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the farmstead “Stockhammer", in a calcareous gravelly soil faced to South. Vinification: drying of the grapes, soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks and in barriques. The wine is aged few months in steel tanks and in barriques. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
