This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from 11-61 year old vines grown organically in the Isarco Valley at 500-920 meters above sea level on sandy and pebbly soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 4 months in steel tanks on the lees. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
