This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Müller Thurgau, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 750-850 metres above sea level, faced to East and South-East and rooted in a rocky mineral soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged few months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
