Produced in Alto Adige, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Müller Thurgau 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards coltivate according to the guyot and the petgola system at 500-800 m above sea level, faced to south and south-west. Vinification: destemming, short maceration and soft pressing, fermentation in steel vats for about 1 week. The wine is aged 5 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
