This Colline Novaresi DOC captures the distinctive personality of Piedmont terroir. At 13% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines with southern exposure at about 300 meters altitude, on clayey-sandy soil. Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation in wood. The wine is aged 6 months in French oak barrels. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
