A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Langhe DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a marny soil rich in limestone and clay in Barolo area, faced to South, South-East and South-West. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks for about 2 weeks with prolonged maceration for 10-20 days. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 36 months in big Slavonian oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
