A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Langhe DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards south, South-Ovest facing on sandy soils, with gravels and limestone stratifications, at 250 meters on sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, 7 days maceration, malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 14 months in oak casks, 4 months in bottle. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
