A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Colline Novaresi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged at least 3 years in French Allier oak barrels and Slavonian oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
