A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Langhe DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a marny soil at 450 metres above sea level, faced to South and South East, in Montelupo Albese area. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steek tanks, with maceration on the skins for 10-15 days. Without filtrations. The wine is aged at least 15 months in big oak barrels. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
