A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Langhe DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from one and a half hectares to Roddi on clayey and limestone soils at about 400 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel with maceration on the skins for 2 months. The wine is aged 6-10 months in concrete vats and 18 months in large wood barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
