Crafted from Nebbiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards between Barolo and Novello, until Sinio strains of young. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks, then in bottle.
