Crafted from Negroamaro 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20-year-old vines located at 40 meters above sea level on the clayey and sandy soils of Salento. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature for 10 days and maceration for 7 days. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique. A wine reflecting Puglia's tradition of generous, full-bodied reds.
