Crafted from Negroamaro 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old sapling vines rooted in a red soil. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, maceration for at least 3 weeks and fermentation in steel vats with 2 delestage a day. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique, new for the 50%. A wine capturing the rustic charm of Puglia's ancient vineyards.
