The fruit is sourced from vineyards from Belicello estate, in a clayey soil near to the sea, faced to East and West. Organic farming. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation on the skins in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts for 12 days, with malolactic fermentation completed.
