The fruit is sourced from vineyards located on the estate of Sister Marchesa, on limestone and siliceous soils in the municipality of Riesi, at 300 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 8 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 10 months in oak barrels and concrete tanks.
