The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Podere Campordigno from vines of 15 years at an altitude of 100 meters on clayey soils with marl and sandy matrix and with the presence of chalk. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in cement with indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for 14 days. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats and 18 months in barrique. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
