Nosiola in Anfora 'Fontanasanta' Foradori

This distinctive wine from Trentino embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Nosiola 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Vineyard Fontanasanta, on soils rich in clay and limestone. Vinification: delicate destemming without pressing, slow spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins in Spanish terracvotta jars called ‘tinajas’ for about 8 months. The wine is aged some months in concrete vats. A wine reflecting Trentino's alpine terroir and cool-climate precision.
