Produced in Tuscany, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Trebbiano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from ancient vines of the estate that were used to produce vin santo. The bunches are left to dry for a few months in the "vinsantaia", arranged in separate columns and changed in order periodically. Vinification: after the grapes have been left to dry for a few months, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a sweet and concentrated must. It follows a very long fermentation with native yeasts in 54 litres oak barrels. The wine is aged 8 years in wood barrels. A wine capturing the sun-drenched hills of Tuscany in every glass.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
